I Bought a pair of balenciaga trainers on line and they sent me out ladies instead of men paid 600 pound in the SALE and £10 delivery they had the cheek to say I had to pay to send them back plus to pay and get them resent after it was there mistake. video chat was a total disgrace basically said I should of read the Ts&Cs nothing they can do then cut me off never even had a chance to reply .Had the cheek to ask for a truspilot review So decided to go back into cruise in the town thank god I did spoke to a sale's assistant Caitlin she was fantastic got it all sorted for me she really did go the extra mile what a lovely girl but the manager well that's a different story was in 2 days previously to exchange them but never had his size as I walked in and i was speaking to the manager she totally blanked me half way through a conversation to speak to another Customer clearly more interested in the Customer who has more money I was raging so so rude take it they have been told to keep the rich Customer sweet well cruise if it wasn't for not only the rich but the hard working people you wouldn't have a business but since you do own practally 95%of the shops in the town anyway I suppose this is how you don't need to give a #### about your customers you are more interested in looking good on TV given money to charity well just remember if it wasn't for us given you our money you wouldn't be where you are just now 🤬😡
