Pretty disgusted!
Avoid at all costs. They have an unbelievably arrogant attitude to customers-and no complaints procedure. I received a T-shirt with a huge security tag on it. I requested a pre-paid return label, but was refused as I wouldn’t provide a photograph. It’s not my responsibility to provide evidence of their incompetence. This policy clearly discriminated against people who either can’t afford, or just don’t want digital / mobile devices. Any decent online retailer doesn’t ‘blame’ customers or ask them to supply proof of its shortcomings. They seem to think they can bully customers by saying they are following their policy. A policy that discriminates- nice!
