I bought a pair of Diesel jeans from Cruise Fashion, which I wore infrequently for 4 months. After developing holes in the jeans during this period time I sent them back to Cruise with a full explanation of the problem and the fact that I hadn’t had this with any of the previous diesel jeans I had bought. However these were returned back to me stating that this was considered general wear and tear.
Having raised the point with Cruise again (I.e. 4 months of infrequent use doesn’t feel like reasonable wear and tear given Diesel jeans typically last 2 years+) I was asked to send the jeans in again which involves both time and money. The response I got was the same.
I contacted Cruise again to try and get them to answer how this can be considered reasonable wear and tear for a 4 month period, particularly given these are expensive jeans. They couldn’t answer, and instead asked me to get a third party hand written note to prove they were faulty!?!? Who on earth would provide this for something they didn’t sell!?
I would completely avoid using this company - if they can’t provide a refund/replacement for this issue then your money is as good as gone if any other faults arise. Complete fraudsters and entirely incompetent.
