I am writing to raise an issue regarding a failed online purchase attempt on your website that has left me extremely dissatisfied. Here are the details of the situation:
1. After entering my credit note number and PIN, and selecting Apple Pay to cover the remaining balance, the item disappeared from my shopping bag.
2. My credit note balance now shows £0, even though the purchase was not completed.
3. I have not received any confirmation of the transaction or order.
4. The remaining balance that was supposed to be paid via Apple Pay has not been deducted from my account.
Given these issues, I request a full refund of the credit note balance to my bank account immediately, as the transaction was unsuccessful. I no longer wish to purchase an item from your website due to the stress and inconvenience this has caused.
