Love the items for sale in Cruise, some a bit too expensive for me but that’s life. Only down point I have, and I get there will be reasons for it, is their delivery/returns policy. I bought an item and paid £6.95 delivery (which is quite steep) the size was too big but instead of taking back in store and getting a refund, I have to pay to deliver it back to them. My wife gets deliveries from zara online but if she doesnt like it, she can return in store. You are asking customers to pay alot of money for their items already, please dont ask them to pay more to return it. Not a good policy.
