Biggest downside I’ve always found with Cruise and other affiliated companies is the standard postage costs is a minimum £6.99 even after spending a four figure sum on two items and £9.99 on Next day delivery which in fact took 4 days for one of my items to arrive- albeit refunded postage costs after contacting Cruise. Many other retailers offer free delivery and returns even on a far lesser purchase cost which I find entirely possible for Cruise to offer up. Other than that,good service
