We ordered 3 pairs of shoes and a hardbag. Most of the items were perfect however we returned one pair of shoes due to the size and asked for an exchange. The replacement shoes were delivered quickly but the shoes were not acceptable - the metal features were loose on one shoe, the shoes were scratched and some of the packaging was missing. 3 out of 4 isn't bad, but the fact that we were given a faulty product priced at £114 shoes a poor attention to service.
