Item was delivered fine and great to have options in where to deliver.
However I do feel that having to pay for returns for an item from the store is excessive. It should be complimentary delivery and returns or an option to return in store (flannels or cruise!)
When I raised this with one of the customer advisers I didn't really get much If a response and just to accept it. When I asked if they could get my sizes in certain items into the store I got no reply. It's as if they don't want I make a sale.
