I’m a regular customer with cruise and most orders have either been completely wrong or damaged (dirty, defaults etc). It takes a while to get through to their customer services and sometimes nothing is resolved meaning I have to return the items and paying for the return myself! Some occasions they have refunded my delivery charge but I still have to pay for return. I recently had another order and one item was completely the wrong colour and the other item was scuffed, therefore damaged. I appreciate that the items were in sale but there is nothing online to suggest that these are ex display items or damaged. Other than that, the sales can be good!
