However, Cruise struggle to compete there as similar retailers that I use selling high-end men’s designer clothes have free next day shipping and free returns. Cruise have adopted the same process as their low end sister companies like USC...expensive shipping and returns now at customer’s cost too. I want a customer experience synonymous with the £ I spend and the brands I buy...instead Cruise under MASH abandoned their loyalty scheme and are now closer to a Sports Direct...The end is near for me...
