The actual item was perfect for my husband but I am so disappointed that Cruise charge very high delivery charge price for just standard delivery. My husband and I will not be buying from Cruise again for this reason alone
My husband always buys from Cruise but not anymore! There should either be a discount for loyal customers or the item should be in stock in store so that he could purchase the item without having to pay these expensive delivery charges. I did email customer service to ask why they are so high. The reply I received was so dismissive and I was told we are not obliged to give reasoning for our delivery charge pricing. As the consumer I think you very much should be obliged to explain to the customer their query. I think under consumer rights Law if asked a question by the customer then it is only courtesy to give the explanation they require and are entitled to.
