I had to return for an exchange because the item was too big. The registered postage was €15 (expensive). This could have maybe be avoided if you had a model wearing it and digesting what size the model is wearing. I’m usually a size Uk8 and had to return for size UK 6. Also this is not guaranteed you will still have the item in stock to replace it which will actually bring the rating down.
