Ordered a selection of goods, a couple of hours after ordering I received an email informing me that two of the 7 items were out of stock , I immediately sent an email asking for the rest of the order to be cancelled as the two items were the main two I wanted. Anyway I received no reply so sent another email the following day and another the next day without reply. The order was confirmed on its way before I received a reply to my emails and was to tell me I’d have to pay for the return if I didn’t want the other items. Poor ordering system, poor service and poor customer care.
