This review is purely on my recent purchase , all previous purchases were ok ! My order was places on the Monday however by the friday my order still said "pending" i called cruise they said it would be with me by the Monday ??? One week after order ??? It took over two weeks for my delivery to arrive and yet Cruise sent me no update on my order. Lack of consideration to the customer is HUGE. I called again to be told there was a problem with there system ??? Thats not my problem however it is your responsibility to contact your customers to inform them !.Cruise then proceeded to take the full delivery charge of my account, even though on the telephone they said they would take it off. I then had to email to ask for my delivery charge back. Poop Poor communication skills Cruise. Very very disappointed and I have shopped in store for years and several times online.
