I’ve been a long time shopper with Cruise and would normally give a 5 star review but this last order was hopeless. 2 different packages and one took longer than a week to come. That’s maybe okay if it’s free delivery but I paid £6.99. I complained online that I thought it wasn’t good enough but didn’t get a response to that.
