Service I have received has been shocking. Ordered from cruise online and never had a problem until my last order. I had ordered my items on the 9th of June as I thought this would have been enough time for these items to arrive before I went on my holiday on the 20th of June. I had waited a week before I contacted customer services as I had not received any confirmation about my order. After speaking to customer services they explained to my that a pair of shorts where holding up my order. I had requested that the other items can be sent and if the shorts are not available I would order a different pair or get a refund. I then received an email to say there was still a problem. I contacted customer services again to cancel the shorts and they told my that they where now In stock this was on the 14/06/19. I explained to customer services that my order was for going away on holiday with and they assured my that my order will be delivered before the 20th as it was now processed. I received and Emil about delivery and my items would be delivered on the 18/06/19. Parcel was delivered and once I came home from work and opened the parcel there was only 3 items out of 9. So once again contacted customer services to tell them about this and was told another parcel was due on the 20/06/19. Having already explained I am going on holiday in this day I am having to cancel the order. Just feel that I had totally wasted my time explaining my situation to them as no one seem to be adding notes to my account. As a result of this I had to take a half day holidays from work to go and purchase other items that I required to go on holiday with. And also I had explained to customer service about the discount code that was applied on the order and was told that I had already used it. As again totally oblivious to previous calls. As this order was cancelled.
