Ordered an item at 2pm and paid for next day delivery. Item wasnt dispatched by cruise until the next working day so arrived 2 days later.
When I received the item it was stained on the front so had to then return it. Returned the item via tracked delivery as recommended and it was received by cruise 3 days ago and signed for but still haven't heard anything from them. Having to email to chase it all up. Not the customer service I would expect
