Made an order for a Stone Island sweatshirt on Sunday. Confirmation email received straightaway, with a further email received early Monday morning stating that my parcel was picked and ready to ship. It’s now Friday and the parcel still hasn’t shipped. Paid £6.99 for delivery, due to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Called customer services on Thursday afternoon, they said the order had been picked and that it was waiting to be shipped but didn’t know what the delay was. They weren’t too worried and told me “it is what it is” and that I should receive my order sometime next week. Absolutely horrendous customer service. There are other companies online that offer next day delivery on the same brands and are reliable for delivery (and cheaper) and offer good customer service. Don’t think I would use Cruise again.
