I ordered a Gucci medium backpack for £1200 and Cruise fashion online sent me the small Gucci backpack for £1070. Crisefashion is an absolute rip off.
The dishonesty of a company I trust. However I had a good customer service is from the agent I spoke with. I was able to have the bag picked up from the house by Dpd and got my money back shortly. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal.
