The item I purchased I can’t fault at all I’m very happy with it but the £6.99 delivery I was charged and the service I received delivery wise I was shocked at. I did write to complain and got a reply that didn’t really answer or help what iv asked. I replied again the same day and I’m still waiting for a reply. If nothings done about it I will not be using cruise again if that’s the way it treats customers. I enjoy buying designer brands and never have a problem paying the price for quality. I regularly use the store in Aberdeen and occasionally online for my clothes but there’s many other places I can get the same clothes. I’d prefer not to do this but I can’t get my head around the delivery service and the reply I received.
