Online cruise is great, thanks.
Reason I purchased online is I phoned Cruise Glasgow and put aside an item that I informed them I would be in in a few hours to collect. I left work early to find that they had sold it earlier that day. This was a present for my husbands birthday. What is the point in holding an item for a customer if they are just going to sell it to anyone anyway. Not the cruise shopping experience I would expect.
So all in all not so happy with the store but overall happy with my online experience.
Unfortunately this has put me off shopping at cruise as I like to go in try on and see the products for myself instead of buying online.
