I've purchased from Cruise in the past and never had any problems, my latest purchase was due for delivery on 04/10/2019 - having chased DPD for a few days it transpires my parcel is 'lost'. I've reported it to Cruise - so I'll reserve judgement on their processes until (hopefully) this is resolved
