Not happy at all. Placed an order for 2 items with a discount code they sent me, they accepted, they said it was being prepared for dispatch, they said it was on its way then, almost 48 hours later, cancelled the main part of the order and still charged me the full delivery charge. I said I would take an alternative - which was £80 more expensive - if they honoured the discount code but they said they could not as time had run out! Time only ran out as they accepted an order then cancelled it 2 days later. Won't use them again despite having spent lots over the years online and in stores. Their customer service team were utterly dismissive of me in the 2 emails I sent.
