I received a package on Saturday, inside was not the item I ordered and the wrong invoice. I emailed straight away and by Monday afternoon I had not heard anything so I rang. I spoke to someone who was going to contact the customer whose order I had received he said he’d contact me by Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I rang again as I had not heard anything and was told they would investigate this and I could not have my order until they had contacted the warehouse and customer who’s order I had. I was told I could not just return this item and get the top I ordered. On Wednesday I had an email to say they will now collect my package and once collected they will send out my order, could I give available times for collection which I did. It’s now Thursday and I have not heard anything about this package being collected. I have received no apology for Cruise mistake in mixing up the orders and there does not appear to be any urgency in getting the top I ordered out to me. Thank you
