Service and delivery has been good. I have however not yet received my £100 voucher after spending over £500 in your recent offer. I have emailed a number of days ago and have yet to receive a response or update despite your commitment to respond within a 48hr period. I still await a response - and it has tainted the experience somewhat. I would have expected cruise to honour the terms of your deal and not to have me chasing what should be an automatic receipt of the £100 voucher. Kind regards Paul 07917 013924
