As a loyal customer I’m a extremely disappointed in this order. I already complained about the length of time for Order to delivery. But yesterday I received my order and only 2 items were delivered. Missing the important items which I wanted for Xmas.
I sent an email yesterday but not had a response yet. I will be expecting a positive response from your team.
If it’s not corrected by today I will need to go somewhere else to buy these items as I need them ASAP.
