Sadly I ordered a cap for my 12 yr old son. his main xmas present. I ordered it to be deliverd to the local store and had an email to say it was delayed, then another email a week later to say it had been returned as it could not be delivered. No email to say it was waiting or a call.
Upon emailing your team they advised for me to re order however it was not available. I have since emailed the team again and no explanation what to do. My son took hours deciding which cap and now sadly just before xmas i can't find another
We are a regular cruise on line customer and sadly i will not be returning as i am still at a loss
