Delay with online order, sent emails, got brief reply saying taking up with warehouse then ended up holding on line for 45 mins to speak to someone to be told ‘picking issue with warehouse’, hence the delay. Staff very pleasant in phone but takes so long to get connected.
Visited store to say separate to online. Item we ordered was in store so went back in same day, purchased it then cancelled order online which takes days to refund. Limited info for the customer when logging in to account. Just says ‘processing’ and has said this since we first ordered item. Top very thin fabric, not as expected for the price. Feel let down by Cruise on this occasion
