My online experience has been fine. Cruise in general is an example of a business that does the bare minimum in terms of customer experience e.g. no refunds for store bought goods (this is the only reason I bought something online, I had a credit note from returning something to store). This is what is killing the high street, why would anyone go to a store. Now I will go into Cruise or House of Fraser to browse or try things on but I will not buy from them (not even online). In times when corporate social responsibility, fair work practices and the like are more important than ever - M1ike Ashley epitomises the old school model of greed and seems to be rewarded for it. Aside from this, I would expect crappy service in a store like Sports Direct but in a luxury store (competitor to harrods, harvey nics, selfridges etc) the customer experience should be front and centre (particularly in store). Customers are paying for something special. Anyway, the upshot is that I would recommend that customers stay away from any of MA's businesses, you can find all of the products in other stores online, just shop around.
