Absolutely shocking from start to.
I ordered a stone island jumper for my husbands birthday, money was taken and 5 minutes later I was advised it wasn’t in stock and I had to wait up to 5 working days for the money to be refunded. Despite this the website still remained to show his size was in stock.
When I got my money back I then ordered 2 jumpers (Vivienne Westwood and CP). The delivery arrived but had been split - I had not been made aware of this. By this point my husbands birthday had passed.
Eventually the second part of the order arrived, the CP jumper. As soon as I took it out the bag I immediately noticed there was a mark on the front. Not only is it’s shocking that something so expensive had been dispatched with a mark, someone had tried to remove the mark (unsuccessfully) and as a result the colour had been affected in that area and was now a white patch!
We then tried to return this jumper to the Edinburgh store to be told, before even explaining the situation or taking the item out the bag, the lady abruptly told us they don’t do returns! This I know is a lie as my brother in law had been in returning an item last week with no issues.
After the shocking service I refuse to pay to return this item, I have spent enough with Cruise.
