I had a 20% off voucher which I tried to use in store. There wasn’t a barcode so was told couldn’t use it but I could order online and pickup I store for free and would receive a £15 off voucher once collected. I got home tried to order and one of the items wasn’t available for collection (even though it was in the store) so I had to pay the £6.99 for delivery and also didn’t receive a voucher.
Seems strange that there was no way to honour the voucher even though the assistant could clearly see the email which I had received. Was also told while in the shop that I was to phone the number at the desk (which he pointed to). Assuming this was customer service which isn’t open at weekends.
