I had the worst of experience this time. Had my eye on a fendi jacket for boys in April missed out on the April 20% promotion so I waited for the next promotion while waiting the jacket was out of stock.I emailed and was told to check regularly and so I did nearly 5-6 times a day and it eventually came back in stock late April then waited for the next promotional code and some reason felt the need to check 3 am in the morning on the 30 April and surprisingly the size and the code both was live so I was really happy and it was also my son’s birthday who the jacked was for so I paid extra for next day delivery. It. It came in the post and guess what it was supposed to be hazel and yellow clearly says on the invoice and it was hazel and pink the girls version. Since it was the lockdown there’s no way of contacting them other then the web chat which usually takes 2-3 hours to connect. Because I have vulnerable people in the house I can’t go out to post it back so Luckily the gay in the web chat managed for someone to collect it the same day. As it was Friday they probably won’t receive it till Monday and I also requested an exchange for the right colour. So they must have received it back on Monday without and explanation they just refunded the money not the delivery charge that I paid extra to get on time. I was really upset because I really wanted this item waited so long to get the code and for it to come in stock and I felt like they just didn’t care and just refunded the money. I would have really appreciated an a email of explanation of it being out of stock or may be offering an alternative item or even a discount for future buy for all the inconvenience that they had cause. Was really left appalled this time not good from such reputable retailer won’t be using them again!!!!
