Still awaiting parcel. DPD did not leave in safe place when I contacted them they said that I needed to contact Cruise to inform I had not received parcel. I have sent messages through your website but not received a reply. DPD have admitted they have now lost the parcel and told me you “need to raise a case to ensure I’m not left out of pocket” Please look into this for me and resolve with them
