I was very disappointed that when I returned the Gucci bag together with DSquared joggers ( next day tracked which cost me £11) cruise exchanged the joggers as requested however never received the Gucci bag !
Not able to talk to a person I communicated exchanging emails . A case was opened and they still said the Gucci bag was not sent ! I just don’t understand this ! I asked them to do a stock check ( still on going)
I requested a size down on a Bal t shirt which I sent in a separate parcel to my disappointment It was refunded ( can’t seem to re- order with the original 20% off )
I have used this site many times with no problems . This resent order was a larger than usual may be it’s the staffing with the COVID-19. But I’m at a loss of £550 plus no Bal t shirt .
