I ordered a scarf in a specific colour that I had been looking for awhile. I received my order and was dissappointed to find that Cruise had sent me the wrong colour of scarf although the correct colour was stated on the invoice, confirmation email and label attach to the scarf. When I went back on to the website the correct colour that I had ordered was no longer on the website. I was also not notified of the change to my order. I did send an equiry via email but have yet to hear a response.
