I bought a stone island ghost shirt, it arrived without the badge, I contact through chat. I was told it was the last one in that size and to return the shirt. Cruise arranged the return through DPD. The shirt was collected as agreed. The issue is that I have had no communication about whether the shirt has arrived at the warehouse. Here is why I gave such a poor review. Two days earlier I ordered the same shirt from flannels and they sent an extra large. This was sent back, to exactly the same warehouse as the cruise one, I explained this on chat that the company are the same and I had experience 2 order issues to not get any response.
I will not order again. I ordered the same shirt from a small independent retailer and it arrived next day without issue.
