I was delighted to be booking again ( my fourth cruise) three on Arcadia and one on Aurora, the last one in 19 didn’t happen because of Covid, I must say though very disappointed with the ( On Spend money £70 the lowest I’ve ever had) my sister booked her first with you on my recommendation and has £300-400, now on my last Cruise 🚢 which didn’t happen I had on spend off think £ 400 mybe more I got every single penny back from you and was told at the time when I rebooked that still be there and it wasn’t ( bad form) now if you check with P&O it can be verified, I’ve spend the best part of 25 30 grand on cruises with you and they offer on board spend £70 very poor indeed, but I have to be honest the lady Jill Potter was very professional and helpful that I have to say Kind Regards Michael
