Booked through them hoping for good service. Sadly the opposite was the case. As soon as they had our deposit (which was £860) for a cruise which is a year ahead, the agent Steph would not return our calls when we wanted to clarify something with Royal Caribbean. Now I am anxious if something goes wrong, they would not be available to help. Book direct with the cruise line, might be slightly more but you have security knowing you’re in safe hands. Will not book with them again. Be warned!
