How frustrating!... and hugely disappointing!
We booked our cruise for 2 passengers in July 2019 for £2400pp for a sea view cabin.
We were informed by our Cruise 1st salesman it was in our best interest to achieve the best price was to book there and then.
Imagine the frustration and disappointment to see a Cruise 1st offer in The Sun 18th Jan for a balcony cabin at £2099pp.
When we called it was recognised that yes, we had paid £600+ than the current price; we wasn’t expecting a refund on the difference but a balcony cabin to reflect the current cost.
The response was a ‘verbal brick wall’. Refused to recognise integrity and long term customer loyalty and support or just simple fairness. We are recently retired and anticipate at least 20 future cruises. Sadly unless we receive a more compassionate, genuine recognition of unfairness .. Cruise 1st will NOT be a company which we will use and will advise other potential customers to avoid.
