Tried to move my booking. This company is only interested in one thing: Claiming your deposit paid. Original booking they claimed overnight hotel stay was 4star, but on checking various web sites they all showed it as 3. When trying to transfer booking They expected me to pay over £525 more than if I had booked direct with the cruise. Customer services forget it. Rubbish company. Book with them at your peril.
