It is inevitable that, on occasions, an accidental error will occur, but that which differentiates one retailer from another is how it deals with such an error. I recently bought this item, only a very short time before Christmas. It arrived on the 22nd but wasn't opened until the 23rd at which point I discovered that it was not the correct item. I immediately phoned Crusader Gifts who were half expecting my call as another customer had received my order. They reassured me without hesitation that my item would be reshipped next day guaranteed delivery as they knew I needed it for Christmas. True to form, I received my item by 10.00 the following morning, the 24th. Exceptional and friendly service, given the sheer pressure they must have been under just 2 days before Christmas!! The item itself?? Fab!
