Ordering was easy, especially since I am in the United States and was ordering for a gift to be delivered in the U.K. My friend received her Willow Tree angels promptly, and loved them. Only issue? Since there was no place on the order form to indicate it was a gift, or to write a personal message to the receiver, she had no clue who they were from, and had to call the company to find out. So, thank you for a generally positive experience, and I suggest that you change your order form to provide space for a personal message to the receiver and to indicate it is a gift.
