I enquired about buying a water boiler and two airpots .. both items were available more cheaply at several other websites but they refused to match these quotes or offer any reduction at all in the price they were charging. Soe the statement on their website "Low price guarantee, we match any genuine quote" .. is a lie. Just hot air.
