We have purchased a second hand garden office from a customer of CS Garden Offices. One of the huge draws is the fact they do all the work necessary! Even if it’s second hand, and the 10 year warranty (approx 9 years remaining) transferred as a result. We are blown away with the cost effectiveness given how high quality the product is. Innovative modular design and resting on ground screws which are ingenious things! It took the guys half a day to reconstruct it at our property, and another half day to do the electrics. The only negative I would comment on is the keys bizarrely being taken away without informing us why, and then the electricians who would supposedly arrive with them, didn’t (they were also confused by this) and then an email demanding final 10% payment until they would send us the keys! Fair enough if we had been difficult customers but we were fully paid up 90% as per terms of contract, remaining 10% on completion. Felt very uncomfortable and truthfully disrespectful having the garden office constructed and told we couldn’t have the keys despite the fact they weren’t with us seemingly being a miscommunication on their end. That annoyance aside though, I can’t speak more highly. Really impressed with the construction, build process and cost.
