DO NOT USE CSJ! We used CSJ a lot over the years to replace all our windows and they were good. But something has happened, and it's not just caused by Covid. At the end of 2019 we got them in to replace a bathroom, and we had nothing but problems. It eventually got finished, but we still have broken parts 10 months later so the handheld shower is still unusable, and despite all the communications we had on this in 2019, they now deny it was anything to do with them. I also got them to replace our front door under warranty as cracks had appeared - they did this, but in the process shattered the glass, and promised to replace in 5 days - no response for weeks, and now when we call they tell us they cannot tell us when it will be fixed, if ever. Sadly I have had to resort to a legal claim now
