My experience with CSJ has been an excellent experience, from the Canvassor (Aaron) who knocked my door and who was very pleasant and polite but not too pushy, the salesman Stephen , who again was very professional and knew and believed in the product he was selling, to Natalie who arranged the installation and followed up after the windows were fitted, and by no means last the joinery team who fitted the windows, curtious, great workers, cleaned up after themselves along the way...just lovely guys (Jamie, Tam and Sean). I would have no hesitation at all of recommending CSJ, they have excellent customer service skills, professional staff who know what they are talking about from canvassor through to sales and installation staff and joinery team and their product is of a very high standard.
