We had our windows and doors installed in January this year. We are very pleased with the quality of the products and have found the windows and doors to be excellent. The team were very friendly, professional and tidied up after themselves, however we felt they weren't given enough time for the job and they were rushed in certain aspects. We were having 9 windows and two doors fitted and they were given less than two days. When the old windows were taken out there was substantial damage to the plaster inside and out. Some, but not all, of this was rectified by the plasterer who visited at a later date. We also had a number of dents in walls and ceilings where the new windows were brought in. In some places the wood surrounds were not installed as we had agreed with the salesman, but the team were happy to rectify these errors when we pointed them out. The salesman was very friendly and informative, but the presentation of the financial packages offered was misleading.
