I heard of CSJ through a friend who'd had work done by them. The salesperson came on time to measure up, explained my options and answered all my questions. The guys that came and did the work were excellent. I get stressed out when there's lots of mess, and you can't get away from mess when replacing windows, but mess was kept to a minimum. They fitted the new window sills and surrounds as well as part of the price and checked everything over with me when finished. I had 3 windows downstairs replaced and it took just an afternoon. All the mess was cleared up and cleared up properly, I had very little to do afterwards. There was a little rendering outside that needed repair and someone came and sorted this without my having to be around. All the windows in my house need to be replaced and it's not something I could afford to do in one go, but there has been no pressure from CSJ to take out finance I can't afford, or to agree a timetable. I can have one or more replaced when it suits me. I'd very much recommend CSJ to anyone considering replacement windows.
