I found the overall experience very good, to be honest Craig was a little bit pushy and he did not ask what field of work I had been in (41 years in retail selling furniture and beds and still going back to work for peak i.e.january sales) as manager however he did win me over and he did have a nice way of telling me about all the advantages with your company and the finance package available and how quick the company could replace my back door I have e-mailed you already to make sure the account details are correct with the one I gave Craig but so far no reply, the fitting guys were excellent considering the weather conditions and as I say delighted! with the overall result and if you wish to use this as an unsolicited testimonial you are more than welcome. thanking you once again --MR. and MRS.D.V.Haigh
