CSJ installed the downstairs windows in my house 5 years ago. The upstairs windows had been installed by CR Smith a few years before that but I did not get them changed. However, the upstairs windows were always wet with condensation while the downstairs windows were fine. When CSJ came to my door a few weeks ago, I took the opportunity to get a quote to replace the upstairs windows. As an existing customer, I qualified for a discount. The price quoted to me was very good and I signed up immediately. I was given a timescale for having them fitted but the company contacted me to say they could get them installed quicker. I was given an afternoon installation time and the installers arrived as promised. They were very polite and installed the windows with the minimum of disruption. They tidied up afterwards and showed me how the windows worked. I was very happy with the whole process. The salesman was very polite and not pushy. I would recommend CSJ without hesitation.
